Room - on the heating system, it blows loudly and it's noisy but it doesn't heat up enough. The device is stirring cold air... No bedding, blanket in the cot

Chargeable: Internet, sauna (50euro/2h)View on the wall of the building distant about 4 meters, We had a standard room (price almost 800 PLN / night), but I did not think that in a hotel such as the Hilton located on the islet there can be rooms with such a view. Generally, in the room and bathroom you can definitely see a tooth of time and at five stars it is rather suitable for renovation than rental.

The hotel provided us with luxurious amenities that were beyond our expectations. the rooftop pool was amazing, and the live music at night made the experience even better. the gym was well-equipped, and the spa centre had a variety of treatments available. the service was impeccable, with attentive and helpful staff ready to fulfil our needs.

One minor issue was the limited shuttle service which made planning excursions difficult. the water shuttle was infrequent, and it only went to St Marc's except for evening runs to a closer dock on Judecca.

Everything in the hotel was of the highest quality, from food to service, we were absolutely delighted. Undoubtedly one of the most beautiful trips in our lives.

The treatment of the staff is very cordial.. The recommendation and advice of the concierge.

That with respect to the three previous times we've been there, change in the quality of services is noted. point system, for those who use only one hotel, has no benefit.. the check in and check out are very slow.

We stayed at Hilton in Venice for the start of our honeymoon. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. The room was clean, modern, and spacious with a comfortable bed. The hotel's rooftop pool offered stunning views and the boat shuttle provided a unique and enjoyable experience. The breakfast had a good variety, although they ran out of pancakes once. we had a great stay and appreciated the comfort and facilities.

Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

The staff at Hilton Molino were extremely accommodating and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. When we arrived, we were initially confused about the parking situation, but the hotel quickly provided clear instructions and even had a hotline to guide us. The facilities were well-maintained and our room had a lovely view overlooking the water. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious food options. I had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a beautiful hotel in Venice. The location was perfect, as it was centrally located and close to all the main attractions in the area. The room was spacious and comfortable, with luxurious furniture and a cozy bed. The service was impeccable, with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of options for every taste. The view from the rooftop bar was breathtaking, providing stunning views of the city. the hotel had all the facilities and advantages one would expect from a 5-star establishment.

The only downside was the lack of complimentary water in the room.

Hotel very very large cold atmosphere ... Signage not very easy to understand ... For a 5 star hotel: lack of water and peignpirs in the rooms. Restoration very expensive and very basic damage...

the staff went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met and were extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay. the hotel was located in a prime area, close to major attractions and transportation options, making it easy for me to explore the city and attend my business meetings. the hotel offered a complimentary shuttle service, which was a great advantage as it saved me time and money.

I was a bit disappointed with the quality of the food and drinks available at the hotel's restaurant. the prices were quite high considering the mediocre quality, and I felt that there were better dining options available outside the hotel.
